What does Delilim do, and what does it not do?
Delilim is a technology service that explains to foreigners living in Türkiye which documents an official procedure needs, where to get each one, and in what order to go. It does not provide legal services and does not act on your behalf; you file your application yourself.
How do I create an account and sign in?
You create your account on the sign-in page and sign in there too. Signing in asks for a one-time verification code in addition to your password. You can also turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) with an authenticator app from the account security page.
What does AI support do, and not do?
AI support is for general information only. It does not predict a case's outcome or win probability, and never claims to. It is not legal advice; do not base a critical decision on its output alone.
How are my documents protected?
Documents you upload to your personal vault are encrypted before they are written to the database; the encryption key is managed by the platform. A document is decrypted on the server only when you download it or attach it to an AI request. You can delete your documents at any time.
What is OCR Studio for?
OCR Studio extracts the text from a document image or a PDF file so you can review and copy it. PDF, PNG, JPEG and WebP files are accepted. Your file is not stored permanently; when text recognition is needed, it is sent to a service provider.
How do I download my data or delete my account?
From the Privacy center in Settings you can download a copy of your data, including the files you stored, as a ZIP package right away, manage your consents, and ask for your account to be deleted. A deletion request is reviewed and processed by hand.
